Learning simple yoga asanas (postures) and breathing techniques can help alleviate stress, anxiety, and fatigue. It is a wonderful way to spend an hour that will provide empowering benefits throughout the workday.
Cost: Flat rate of $100.00 per class within a 10 mile radius of studio.

Employees wishing to attend EssentialYoga Studio classes will receive $2.00 off the drop-in fee of $12.00 and 10% off of all EssentialYoga Studio’s yoga and meditation products.
