Roberta Dell'Anno, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, Owner EssentialYoga Studio
Roberta has been practicing yoga since 1987 and has been teaching yoga since 1994. She has trained under master yoga teachers Swami Padmananda, Patricia Walden, Manouso Manos, Father Joe Pereira, Zoë Stewart, Karin Stephan, Liz Owen and others. She continues to study with her Iyengar teachers Zoe Stewart, Patricia Walden, Manouso Manos, Elise Browning Miller and Peentz Dubble.
Roberta spent five weeks studying yoga at the Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Memorial Institute in Pune, India during June 2011 and will be returning to continue her yoga studies at the Institute during February 2014.
She completed a 500 hour Hatha Yoga Certification program with AURA Wellness Center and is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 RYT 500. She has been a Certified Meditation Teacher since June 2007 and has been an Usui Reiki Practitioner since 1989.
Roberta teaches beginners to advanced yoga practitioners. She also works with individuals who have physical challenges, specifically individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, scoliosis, and amputees. She also works with individuals suffering from depression.
Roberta was featured in Merrimack Valley Magazine’s January/February 2008 issue. She was in a commercial for Kashi's "Yoga and Healthy Eating" marketing promotion in 2006, and was cast in a yoga video, "Fertility Yoga with Monica Morell."
